Items Not Eligible for Return

Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings (including clip-on and post-back) cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. This ensures the safety and confidence of all customers, as we do not resell used earrings. Damaged or faulty earrings may be eligible for replacement upon review. Please send a photo of the damaged item before returning it and a response for return.
Necklace and Earring Sets: These sets cannot be returned due to the hygiene policy for earrings.

Custom and Special Orders: Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, as they are handcrafted specifically for your order.

Shipping & Delivery
