Returns Policy 

Rush Creations Returns Policy

At Rush Creations, I am committed to providing exceptional quality in my products. To ensure this, I have established the following returns policy. Please note that certain items are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or store credits.

Change of Mind Policy

We do not accept returns for items simply due to a change of mind. However, we understand online shopping can sometimes be difficult. That’s why we offer a 24-hour return window for eligible products.

If your purchase isn’t quite what you expected:

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your item contact@rushcreations.com.au 

  2. Once approved, return the item within 24 hours, ensuring it is shipped with a tracking number.

  3. Returned items must remain in original condition, including all packaging, and be undamaged and unworn.

Refunds will incur a 2.5% restocking fee and will be issued after the returned items have been inspected.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Earrings: Due to hygiene reasons, all earrings (including clip-on and post-back) cannot be returned, exchanged, or credited. This ensures the safety and confidence of all customers, as we do not resell used earrings. Damaged or faulty earrings may be eligible for replacement upon review. Please send a photo of the damaged item before returning it and a response for return. 

  • Necklace and Earring Sets: These sets cannot be returned due to the hygiene policy for earrings.

Custom and Special Orders: Personalised and custom-made products cannot be returned or refunded, as they are handcrafted specifically for your order.

Returning an Eligible Item

If your item qualifies for return, we’re happy to assist you with an exchange or store credit. The return process is as follows:

  • Contact us (contact@rushcreations.com.au) us to arrange the return and discuss alternatives.

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. All parcels must be shipped with tracking.

  • Ensure the item is securely repackaged in its original condition, including protective materials like bubble wrap and gift box it was sent in.

Please note: Any items damaged during return transit due to poor packaging will not qualify for a credit or exchange.

Damaged or Faulty Products

While every product is inspected before shipping, occasional damage during transit may occur.

If you receive a damaged or faulty product:

  1. Notify us within 2 days of delivery at contact@rushcreations.com.au 

  2. Include photos of the damage for review.

  3. If approved, a replacement will be sent at no additional cost.

This policy does not cover damage caused by general wear and tear, mishandling, or misuse.

Refunds

Refunds are only available within 24 hours of receiving your order and are subject to the conditions outlined in the Change of Mind Policy. Refunds will not be issued for items that:

  • Have been worn, damaged, or show signs of misuse, including exposure to perfumes, hair sprays, or water.

  • Fall under the non-returnable categories outlined above.

For special circumstances, you may request a return for non-exempt items by contacting contact@rushcreations.com.au within 3 days of delivery. If approved, returns must be shipped within 2 days of approval, and tracking details provided.

Customer Responsibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • In original condition, unworn, undamaged, and free from perfume, hairspray, or water damage.

  • Accompanied by all original packaging, including outer protective materials.

Rush Creations is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return transit. Customers must securely package all items and provide tracking details.

Exchanges and Store Credits

If eligible, you can choose to exchange your item or receive a store credit. Please note:

  • Store credits are valid for 6 months and must be used in one transaction.

  • If your exchange item costs more than your original purchase, you will be invoiced for the difference, including reshipping fees.

  • Store credits and exchanges are non-transferable and non-refundable.

Restocking Fee

All eligible returns are subject to a 2.5% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund or store credit.
