You can choose between a refund,exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different from the sample shown to you. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase and contact us via email, at rushcreations@rushcreations.com.au Please provide us with your details, the reason for return and the item that is being returned so that we can provide you with a return reference number.
Please note their will be no returns for earrings due to hygiene regulations.
Once your item has been returned to us via mail and has been assessed we will refund any items via your payment method.
