You have other things to worry about when planning your wedding and the shipping of your Rush Creations products shouldn't add to it. That is why we keep our shipping policy for orders shipped within Australia and overseas simple. We keep it simple by offering flat rate shipping options and allow you to choose the shipping options that suit you.

 

AUSTRALIAN CUSTOMERS:

Regular Shipping with tracking $10

Registered Mail $12

Express Shipping $15

 

OVERSEAS CUSTOMERS:

 

Regular Shipping $27

Express Shipping $38

 

THE SERIOUS STUFF:

All Australian orders are shipped with Australia Post

 

All express international orders are shipped using DHL Express. Most express orders will take 5-10 days depending on location. Please note that international orders shipped with DHL may attract custom taxes and duties upon entry to your country that will need to be paid by you.

 

PLEASE NOTE:

We do not take any responsibility for items lost in transit.

 

All orders are usually mailed out within a day of receiving the payment. However, some orders maybe a little more intricate and may take up to a week as the item is handcrafted. You can keep take of your purchases under your profile. 

If you're not satisfied, we're not either - that is why we are happy to discuss return and refund options. However, please choose carefully, as we do not normally give refunds if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision.

 

You can choose between a refund,exchange or credit where goods are faulty, have been wrongly described or are different from the sample shown to you. Please retain your receipt for proof of purchase and contact us via email, at rushcreations@rushcreations.com.au Please provide us with your details, the reason for return and the item that is being returned so that we can provide you with a return reference number.

 

Please note their will be no returns for earrings due to hygiene regulations.

 

Once your item has been returned to us via mail and has been assessed we will refund any items via your payment method.
